ORDERS, PRICING &
AVAILABILITY All prices listed on our website are in
Australian dollars and include GST. If we are unable to fill your order
immediately we will advise you right away. You can then decide whether to wait
for 'out-of-stock' items or to proceed with a partial order. If you prefer not to order via our secure website
ordering service you are welcome to email, fax or phone orders directly to us.
You will find full contact details on the 'Contact Us' page. However
please DO NOT fax or email credit card details, as these are not secure transfer
methods. Instead we will happily take credit card details by phone. We accept payment by credit card (Visa
and Mastercard), Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque (we do not
accept personal cheques). Please note that if you are paying by Money Order or
Bank Cheque your order will not be despatched until payment is cleared.
Our website offers you a completely secure ordering
service using 128bit SSL encryption for complete safety of customer data.
If paying by credit card you can also be assured that we will not process your
payment until your order is ready for despatch. FREIGHT
Our aim is to get our products to you in the most
efficient and cost-effective way we can! Currently we use either
Couriers Please or Australia Post for deliveries - depending on your address and
order size. NOTE :If you
have a preferred method of shipping please advise us at the time you place your
order. Freight costs are
calculated automatically and added to your order during the checkout process -
(you will need to enter your address details to enable this). These
freight costs will be rechecked by a member of staff before finalising your
order. If we can arrange a better option or price for delivery we will contact
you by email or phone for confirmation before proceeding.
