Orders, Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. If we are unable to fill your order immediately we will advise you right away. You can then decide whether to wait for 'out-of-stock' items or to proceed with a partial order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of confirmation of payment (Subject to stock availability).
We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque (we do not accept personal cheques). Please note that if you are paying by Bank Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque your order will not be despatched until payment is cleared.
Our website offers you a completely secure ordering service using 128bit SSL encryption for complete safety of customer data. If paying by credit card you can also be assured that we will not process your payment until your order is ready for despatch.
Your parcel will be delivered by the Australia Post E-Parcel Service. E-Parcel provides a consignment number for each order that can be tracked at http://www.ausposttracking.com.au/ Please be aware that Australia Post needs to have a signature as proof of delivery of your item, so it is best to have the order shipped to an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If no one is available to take delivery Australia Post will generally leave a card in your letterbox directing you to collect the parcel from your local Post Office.
Freight costs will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process - you can select either Standard Parcel Post or Express Post. These freight costs will be rechecked by a member of staff before finalising your order. Note if we can arrange a better option or price for delivery we may contact you by email or phone for confirmation before proceeding.
