Returns/Refund Policy

We expect that most online customers will have considered carefully before purchasing.  Accordingly we do not except returns for any ‘change of mind’ situation.

We will of course accept claims for any incorrectly supplied or faulty goods in line with Australian Consumer Protection law.

If you need to return any product for exchange, refund or warranty claim we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably by email to , providing proof of purchase and explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you do not return the product until we have confirmed the Returns arrangement with you.

All returns must be carefully packed – preferably in the original retail packaging – and correctly addressed.  It is recommended that you return the goods via Registered Post.

Once your return is received it will be assessed in relation to your claim. In warranty situations we may need to consult the supplier/manufacturer before resolving your claim.  Once the return/exchange/refund claim has been verified we will compensate you for both the original delivery fee and the return postage cost. Refunds will be processed in accordance with your original payment method.
