This is the complete solution for all FRESH sausage applications, including freezing, deep fat frying, grilling and oven cooking. These casings are supplied as a shirred strand and the amount needed for each application can be cut off. No soaking is required and they have an indefinite shelf life if stored in a cool dark place, refrigeration is not necessary.

THIN Casing Package Size: 6 x 26mm strands (each strand will produce approx. 6.86m THIN sausage)
