Samuel Willard’s high alcohol turbo yeasts are specially formulated for Australian conditions to tolerate high heat and humidity. They are Urea free and each foil pack will produce a wash with a Specific Gravity (SG) .980~990 or approximately 20% ABV produced from 8 kg of cane sugar in 4-5 days
