The Brunswick Bakers Pre-Seasoned Heavy Duty Cast Iron Loaf Pan is made from heavy duty pre-seasoned cast iron. This Pullman style loaf pan includes a lid.  Ideal for medium to large loaves and will produce perfect oven spring and crust formation.

Care and Care Instructions:
– Brunswick Bakers loaf pan is Pre-seasoned with Vegetable Oil.
– Pan is designed to be pre heated in oven.
– Handles will get very hot, always pick up with tea towel or oven mitt.
– Always allow your pan to cool before washing.
– After use, wipe your pan clean or wash your pan lightly in warm water.
– Do not use a stiff brush, or a scourer.
– To prevent any rust, always dry well and store your pan with the lid off.
– Place paper towels between pans as this absorbs moisture.
– Cast Iron cookware should never be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.
– Do not clean your cast iron pan with oven cleaner.
– Oven safe to 270c.
– Place a trivet on the table before setting down hot pan.
