Another unique feature of The Bake and Brew Shop is The Annexe Cafe

located at  the rear of the Shop.

At The Annexe our High Leaf Grade teas are carefully prepared and served

the old-fashioned way—in individual teapots. Our selection includes:

orthodox, green and oolong teas; herbal and fruit infusions; flavoured black

teas; and the Classic Blends.

Our Single Origin Arabica coffees from around the world have been carefully

selected to suit a broad range of palates. We ensure that all of our beans are

roasted, stored and prepared with the greatest care in order that our customers

drink only the best coffee!

 

The mouthwatering cakes, biscuits and scones we serve in The Annexe are all

baked on the premises using ingredients available for purchase in The Bake

and Brew Shop. Recipes and advice are gladly provided so that customers can

also enjoy our products at home!
